BCE publishes its Accessibility Plan for 2026-2029
Putting our customers first also means making sure everyone can access information and opportunities in a way that works for them. This commitment is central to how we connect people with each other and with the services they rely on every day.
Today, BCE is publishing its 2026–2029 Accessibility Plan, which outlines the actions we will take to identify, remove and prevent barriers, and to continue improving accessibility across our organization.
Available in alternate formats, the plan has been informed by feedback from employees, customers and accessibility experts, helping ensure it reflects real experiences, needs and priorities. By listening and learning, we are better equipped to take meaningful, practical actions that make a difference.
We encourage you to explore the accessibility tools and resources available to you and to share your feedback to help us continue improving. If you contact us, you can also choose to identify yourself as a person with a disability so we can better support your needs.
This plan builds on our previous work to meet Accessible Canada Act (ACA) requirements and marks our second three-year plan. Our first plan was published in 2023, followed by progress reports in 2024 and 2025. You can find all previous publications on the
BCE Accessibility Services webpage.
This work is ongoing, and BCE remains committed to building a more accessible and inclusive experience for everyone.
