Fast-growing wireless provider Bell Mobility opens expanded campus - Mississauga's largest technology company opens newest environmentally responsible building

MISSISSAUGA, ON, April 27 2010 --

Bell Mobility today officially opened the newest building at its expanded campus in Mississauga. Built to
environmentally responsible LEED standards, the new 29,000 square metre (350,000 sq ft) facility unveiled
today at Eglinton Avenue and Creekbank Road is the fourth building at the national wireless provider's busy
campus.

"The expansion of our campus is part of Bell's commitment to
the broadband investment and innovation that will further accelerate
Canada's rapid growth in wireless," said Mr. Oosterman, President of
Bell Mobility and Chief Brand Officer for Bell. "Almost 300,000
Canadians are employed as a result of the wireless industry,
which generates total economic value of approximately $39 billion
for our nation each year. Bell Mobility is proud to be a leader in
enhancing our industry's strong contribution to Canada's growth and
productivity from this location and our centres from coast to coast."

"Bell Mobility's new state-of-the-art building at its Creekbank campus
is very welcome in Mississauga and will be right at home," said Mayor
Hazel McCallion
. "Businesses choose to locate in our City with its great
connections and access to global markets through Canada's busiest
international airport and 400 series highways. Mississauga continues to be

the home of great companies like Bell Mobility because of our great
workforce, economic strength, natural areas and first class amenities."

Bell Mobility's newest building is designed to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
standards for environmental sustainability. The international LEED standard focuses on site sustainability,
water and energy conservation, sustainable use of materials and resources, and quality of indoor spaces.

"As a leader in environmental management, Bell takes an active and
systematic approach to maximizing the sustainability of our business
operations and facilities, and our newest LEED-designed building
is a great example of our commitment," said Mr. Oosterman, noting
that Bell is the first Canadian telecommunications company to be
awarded certification to the international ISO 14001 standard for its
environmental management system.

The largest information and communications technology (ICT) company in Mississauga, Bell's campus here
was established in 2002 and has expanded in line with the rapid growth of wireless in Canada.

Now serving almost seven million mobile clients across Canada, Bell Mobility has been at the forefront of
Canadian wireless investment, innovation and competition since its founding 25 years ago this summer.
Bell Mobility recently turned on the most advanced wireless network in the world, offering 93% of
Canadians access to the fastest and largest wireless network available and to the latest smartphones, turbo
sticks and other mobile devices for consumers and business users.

In line with its strategic imperative to invest in broadband networks and services, Bell Canada Enterprises
will undertake capital expenditures of approximately $3 billion in 2010, about the same amount the
company invested in 2009.
