Bell: Your source for information on the 2010 Festival d'été de Québec

Thanks to its technology support, Bell is opening doors to the 2010 Summer Festival

QUÉBEC CITY, April 27 2010 -- Bell is pleased to announce that it will support the 43rd edition of the
Québec City Summer Festival as the official presenter. Once again, Bell has put its technological expertise
to work for the festival to create a new mobile site for smartphones, thus allowing for optimized and
user-friendly way of searching for information. Furthermore, in collaboration with the Québec City Summer
Festival, Bell is delighted to present the brand new Festival iPhone application, offering a tool box of
information to festival-goers as well as a new experience of augmented reality.

The iPhone application mobile site will provide access to complete show schedules, information on the
artists, music samples, festival news and much more. As for augmented reality, this will allow for navigation
information to be displayed on top of real photos taken with the iPhone camera.

Through infofestival.com, the festival's official site, Internet users will be able to access Bell's multimedia
zone, which provides additional information on the artists as well as artist videos, musical extracts,
downloads and a sensational selection of photos.

"We are thrilled to be able to demonstrate our Web expertise
with the help of Bell Web Solutions' creative genius, while
contributing to the festival's success. Our team has worked to
develop a mobile site to provide quick and practical access for
smartphone users," states Christian Goulet, Assistant
Vice-President, Public Sector, and  Quebec Area Prime, Bell
Business Markets. "Our technological expertise combined
with our presence on the site makes us the best source for
information during the entire festival," adds Mr. Goulet.

To provide relevant and up-to-date information regarding the festival's programming, Bell will set up its
information kiosks in various strategic spots on the site. Greatly appreciated last year, these improved
kiosks put technology to work for festival-goers, by offering them an abundance of information on the
Québec City Summer Festival.

Equipped with Segways, Bell's mobile squad will be part of the festivities again this year, offering
festival-goers the daily festival schedule, wall paper and other surprises on their smartphones, via Bluetooth
technology.
