MONTRÉAL, November 3, 2011 — Bell today announced the upcoming exclusive launch of the LG Optimus LTE superphone. Featuring a 4.5 inch (10.1 cm) True HD IPS Display and operating on Bell’s next generation LTE network, the LG Optimus LTE elevates the mobile experience to a new level.
Available for the first time in Canada, LG’s True HD IPS Display offers 720p (1280 x 720) resolution with incredible brightness and clarity. Coupled with the lightning-fast speeds offered by Bell’s 4G LTE network, the LG Optimus LTE is the perfect device for watching streamed high quality video or enjoying mobile games with virtually no buffering or lag time. The LG Optimus LTE also operates on Bell’s HSPA+ mobile network, offering high-speed mobile access to more than 96% of the Canadian population, when outside LTE service areas.
The LG Optimus LTE comes pre-loaded with Bell Mobile TV. Now featuring an expanded channel line-up, Bell Mobile TV offers customers live real-time access to top-rated programming from CTV, CTV Two, BNN, CTV News Channel, MTV and Asian Television Network as well as additional content from the Comedy Network, CBC and more. Customers can watch popular sporting events on TSN, TSN 2 and RDS including major league football, hockey and soccer.
