Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) of 1998's financial results focuses on the principal operating groups of BCE Inc. and includes a review of the operations and financial situation of each operating group. BCE Inc. and its subsidiaries are collectively referred to herein as BCE. This MD&A should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements of this annual report.
